Speaking from experience, I can highly recommend this program to convert all of your video files to your iPhone. It works great, its reliable, its pretty fast, and now its free (again)! Its free this whole month of Feb 2010 so get to it when you can. As far as I know, no additional adware or junk is included.

Just in time! I’ve been holding off on buying a new Digital SLR…I’m gonna have to bite. The plan is to travel to a state that charges less sales tax than NY and buy a new Canon T1I. The HD video capabilities will come in handy.
